  7. Ombudsmand!!! Call the supreme court immediately, have them select the Ombudsmand, an Ombudsmand must be chosen by a non partisan third party, an Ombudsman cannot be elected by the party or the state. Merely calling somebody an Ombudsmand doesn't make one an Ombudsmand.

  8. An Ombudsmand has to be elected by a third party, somebody not connected at all to the entity they are going to supervise has to choose who becomes Ombudsmand, at least that's how they are chosen in Scandinavia. Merely calling somebody an Ombudsmand doesn't make one an Ombudsmand.
