Import cheap labor to undermine unions, just like back in the gilded age, make sure that this cheap labor is kept as clients of either political party just like back in the gilded age, the wealthy then have BS charities that helps these clients and in return they are given gargantuan tax deductibles. And if if the illegal labor dares to organize or commits a crime of any kind they are thrown in prison and used up as sweatshop labor, the same happens to the native born population as they too become more desperate to earn a living. If there aren't enough available cheap labor to import a crisis(war/coup/econmic hardship created by economic hitmen) is manufactured to cause a flood of humans desperate to escape their homelands.

Standard modus operandi for how to get rich on the business of slaughtering human beings like cattle. Step 1. create pretext for war. Step 2. invade a country, earn money on bullets and bombs. Step 3. Loot the country.(capital and resources, even organs, wink, wink) Step 4. Earn money on the wounded and the dead, pharma and bodybags. Step 5. Keep the war going and get a tax deductible donating to a charity that helps the victims of war in country. Step 6. Earn money broadcasting blood and guts on the news throughout steps one to five. Step 7. Get cheap labor as immigrants flee the war. Get a tax deductible funding a charity that helps refugees. Step 8. Rebuild the country, gov contracts, wait twenty years and invade again. Step 9: Set up a private banking system. Start charging the newly destroyed country interest. As you note this plan is very difficult to oppose, oppose the import of labor and you are called a racist, oppose the aid programmes and you are labelled heartless, oppose the war and you are labelled unpatriotic or non humanitarian. Oppose the loans and you are labelled an enemy of the free market.
