I've had this discussion a thousand times, the accused has the right to face their accuser in a court of law, in Assanges case he would never have faced any trial in Sweden, instead he would have been extradited to the US and dissappeared into a deep dark hole, both the women who accused worked in the past for various interests who have every reason to silence any sources of information beyond government and corporate control(which at this point are practically identical), one of the accusers worked for Säpo and was trained in the US under an exchange programme with the CIA.
