Communism, when I was a kid my parents took me on a holiday to eastern Europe, this was just after the fall of the wall, the people there were grey and afraid, they would guard their words, even the children were like this, they feared the return of Communism. I also remember the corpses of Poles and East Germans on the beaches of Southern Denmark, this only happened during the dark winter months, in cover of the Winter dark people would attempt to swim to freedom across the icy Baltic Sea. Communism is horror.

  11. I do believe that Comumunism caused more death per annum during the 20th century than capitalism did. Besides there is a big difference, Communism actually has the unaliving of political opponents and groups as an aim, capitalism kills people due to sheer incompetence only.

  14. NowhereMan2710. That definition is rubbish, it can be applied to Communism as well, Mercantalism isn't capitalism for one simple reason, the market is constrained by military force. The military force in this instance is the power and might of the East Indian Company and it's control over the entirety of the colonial imperial trade network by using its private fleets and armies.
