  1. Survival and prosperity isn't the same thing, imagine if 3.8 billion dollars which funds the armed forces dissappeared, other services would have be cut in order to afford defense, that means healthcare, education and infrastructure gets less funding, imagine that for a moment.

  3. GDP isn't the taxed income, I do not know how much of the GDP is available to the state, the actual state budget would be a more realistic yardstick.

  5. 339.990 billion to be exact, of course that's net before taxation, I am not aware of how much of this is collected as taxes. 37% of Israeli exports are to the US, these goods are subsidized in order to make them cheaper in the US, without this they would be more expensive.

  6. Most other developed countries do not receive military funding to the same degree and some developed nations fund the US military in certain endeavours. Developing countries also funds certain US endeavours, India forinstance are covering alot of the expenditure accrued in Afghanistan.

  7. 37% exports, taiffexempt and subsidized, stay friendly to uncle Sam, that would be wise. Israel is just one of many vassals.
