They could have done the entire Mother Russia storyline, contains everything, corrupt US generals, bad guy CIA using muslim extremists as pawns, cruel Russian general, nukes, deadly virus, it's the perfect story which fits todays climate of fear, no good guys, just the punisher against the World, but no, they chose this abortion instead.
