"Right now Finland is facing a crisis where it can no longer provide workers and ordinary citizens government benefits that you would get in social democracy. Due to this, people have to wait in breadlines about 5 miles long (no that is not an exaggeration) and some Finnish workers have been forced to work for free if they want to keep their benefits." Their economy has taken a slight downturn because of the sanctions enacted by the EU(fucking Merkel) and the US(fucking Clinton) against Russia, Finland trades alot with Russia, there are no bread lines, nor is there some massive crisis, nobody has been forced to work for free, you my friend has been a victim of propaganda. Finland has no limits at all on the freedom of the press, in fact the US has more censorship than Finland.

That has nothing to do with Social Democracy being flawed, that has to do with the reserve fiat currency system using fossil fuels to back the currency, you know this as well as I do. But you may continue to embrace your fiction that the exploitation of the third world is the cause of all the evils of the world. The true cause is in your pocket and bears the likeness of prominent individuals from American history.

Besides, Democratic Socialism came to be when Communists in Western Europe finally realized that Communism was fucking horrible, then they looked at the Social Democrats who actually got shit done and decided to copy their logo, some of their policies and rebranded themselves as Democratic Socialists, the only problem is that they still deny parts of reality, one such part is the fiat currency and how it functions, but I suppose we Social Democrats will use empirically proven concepts to once again have you be sensible and practical in the end.
