Technically they were not trespassing they were invited in by the DC police on the videos before they were confiscated and even some that are still out there you can see the DC police waving them in.

@StopListenThink that issue needs to be addressed by each individual state. Jim Jordan is pointing out what's going on in the DC Jail, with 80-plus innocent people. And they have not been charged of doing anything. Totally under American disgraceful Democrats need to be held accountable.

The major difference that Jim Jordan is pointing out, people being held prisoner in the DC prison, are not guilty of any crime. Did being held because they photographed what took place on January 6th and they do not want that information out.
