  3.  @bodystomp5302  they really didn't need to be any kind of emotional. The cop was mad dude been driving 20 years no license and apparently no traffic infraction either. I do believe it is unlawful to pull over a vehicle just because it is legally registered to a non driver.

  8. 'When someone acts irrational is not normal and raises questions for further criminal activity ' says the sheriff . 😏 kinda like what that irrational cop did, further constitutional violations and deprivation of rights under color of law.

  9. A few years ago my 4th amendment rights were violated by WVSP. Of course my vehicle was clean. The state cops thought I was a trafficker because I drove to Maryland for work every morning. They had one crack head cop hopping around yelling 'we got you now' when they found my Dremel tool kit. They made the dog fake hit on my car, so they began disassembling door panels. Still nothing. So the K9 cop said I must have transported someone in my car that had marijuana. Also tried to convince me that there were 'flakes' of marijuana on the floor. Debris from off my boots. After an hour I was able to continue traveling and arrived an hour late to pick my son up at school. So the wise administration of the school sent social worker to my home with a detective. They immediately were trespassed from my property. West Virginia is full of irrational authority.
