  2.  @ssnoc  Nobody put bombs in the basement. It's an air strike toward the basement. Two hours before demolishing the building the residents there is getting a warrant to adequate their apartments and offices there. It's done in two steps: The building is hit by a small bomb on it's roof. It's a sign for the residents that the building is the next target. Then by phone calls from Israel to the residents.
