I'm a Jew from Israel and I do not agree your saying "lost to the Jews". We in Israel still believe that the Palestinians has a great future. If only the leaders could have agree about what they can give up and finally sign a peace treaty. Both countries will be benefited of it.

@lori8161 No other way for Israel. As for the PA - they cannot give up their idea of big PA from the Jordan river to the sea, and expelling the Jews out of that region. What do you suggest?

Starhopper Unfortunately Israel has to deal with them. Israel offered them almost all what they wanted but in the last moment they retreated. Not once, twice.!! I hope that the younger generation will take over and be realistic.

Starhopper You are right, but there many who will not agree with you. Israel has to take all measures to keep being strong.

Starhopper I agree but that is the reason for a negotiation. Unfortunately Israel didn't negotiate with Switzerland but with the Palestinians. There were many of them during the last 50 years and nothing came out of it. There were even two times when it was ready for signing but the PA became cold feet and they refused to sign in the last minute. It's against their Agenda. They want a Palestinian country from the Jordan river to the sea and Juden Rahin (clean of Jews). what else can Israel do? Commit suicide?

@nishatchotu You are right. Still, that conflict is much deeper as seen. I see no solution for it in the coming years. I also think that we will have to wait for the Jewish Messaiah and for the Muslim Mahdi to solve it between them.... .
