  3. You are very wrong. A part of that area, lands and houses, belonged to Jews of Jerusalem. After 1948 that area was transferred to Jordan which let in Arab refugees. After 1967 the lands and houses were returned to the owners but the Arabs continue living there and paid rent to the owners for many years till now days. An Arab organization ordered them to stop paying the rent in order to provoke Israel. The owners applied to court and the tenants got the choice to continue paying the rent or to leave. They were ordered not to pay and were evacuated by force. Today they returned and are paying the rent. Is it clear now?

The PA leaders told them not to do it and in that way the issue will be used as a rock of controversy so as not to get off the agenda. I do know about an Israeli female soldier who had a mental crisis and wanted to commit suicide . She disguised herself as a terrorist and was killed by an Israeli soldier near a checkpoint. I do not know if you meant this.
