Israel need the best weapon to defend it self and the USA need markets to sell its military products. The USA gives Israel every year a credit of 3B$ to be spend in the USA and Israel, by doing it is supporting the USA employment. In that way both sides are benefited. Not talking about the cooperation between the two countries' Intelligence against mutual enemies.
