@LordVader1094 Read again my comment.The source of it is the judgment issued by the Israeli Supreme Court at that time. You can read it in any Israel news paper of that time. You can find it in English in the Jerusalem Post.

And I thought that it was called Genocide. 8 people here and 3 people there is not a Genocide. You can read the UN definition for it. The UN even didn't blame Israel for commiting it. On the contrary, it shows that Israel acted very caefull when they choose the targets. The numbers of the killed people include mostly Hamas terrorists but it was not mentioned. Israel told the civilians to go south in order to avoid casualties. Most of them did and the minority who choose to stay did it on their own risk. Many civilians there were killed by Hamas rockets and missiles which were launched toward Israli civilians and failed to rise up and fell on houses inside the Gaza strip killing hundreds of civilians but they were also counted as IDF victimes. The IDF bombed empty schools and public buildings which many of the Hamas terrorists found shelter and fought them even in hospitals which they turned use as headquartes. Israel found there lot of weapon, even in the beds of the patients and under babies craddles. I can go on with it but I think that this is enough to prove that this and more are lies.
