  3. Why do men build these facilities but when something serious happens they are unable to contain it? Shouldn't more safe guard's be in place for the what if ? Why didn't the scientist from around the world work with Japan on how to better deal with this radioactive waste? To contaminate our oceans and our marine life is wrong.😢 🌍🙏
