  3. Moscow metro doesnt have a disabled access. Yeah, you see elevators from time to time but there is no single system which can be used. Look around and you would see virtually no wheelchair users, no passengers with strollers etc. Even those new stations are hardly accessible. In the West it would be impossible, all the infrastructure is being built 100% accessible. around 25-30% of all city dwellers require disabled access and barrier freedom. This is how many people they exclude because they just dont care
