The reforms these countries want are not radical, they are necessary and should be supported as the only way to lift the people of these countries out of poverty.

  3. Walrave The European People’s Party has dominated the EU parliament for decades due to indirect democracy. They don’t get the most votes but still have complete control over the parliament and commission. Not to mention the EU is a firmly neo liberal idea in the first place and is completely based around free trade and exploiting third world countries.
