  2. George Hamvas Hummerich Well they were nowhere near the levels of the SS. They were just caught up in revolutionary fervour and directed attacks on peasants and the working class when they should have been focusing on the rich.

  3. Farkas Bálint The terror was necessary. After the 1917 Russian revolution many political prisoners were released. Those same prisoners initiated the civil war and white terror. Using terror against the elite is always justified in a revolution, the only problem is when you use it against the people like Stalin did. If the Lenin boys actually did the same then I condemn them.

Stephen Jenkins So you’re saying millions of people don’t starve to death in developing countries every year thanks to the exploitation of liberal ‘democracies’ or that liberal ‘democracies’ are usually imperialist monsters that slaughter millions in war for oil and money? If you used the same standards that you judges socialist countries by then you’d find liberal democracies to be a lot more criminal than socialist states, at least after Stalin’s era. Fascists kill innocent minorities, liberal ‘democracies’ kill innocent third world workers and communists kill less than innocent oppressors, I think I’ll take the latter option.
