  2. For art, cell phones might be preferable. A touch screen is probably more useful for drawing than a keyboard.

  4.  @poika22  I currently like to draw on my new laptop. For outlines paper might be better, but for coloring, PC is definitely better. And even if I don't want to color it, I draw on PC now, so I can easily make copies to have multiple variants of the same person or save my results. And I usually need them digitally anyway, so I don't need to scan them.
