  2. I only use my cell phone at home, mostly when I'm already in bed and cannot sleep. Instead I also like to use my laptop, especially, when I want to write something down, since writing down long stories on a smart phone in not as enjoyable (that's why I didn't have a smartphone for some years, maybe). Or if I want to contact someone, who is only reachable in WhatsApp (but that's about one important person). Recently I even bought some free phone (pinephone), but it's not really usable yet. Maybe because I try to connect it to a 4K screen, which does not really work.

  4. My main cell phone, which I normally use, when I go outside, is not a smart phone. And often, when I'm not far away from home or am not alone, I don't take it with me.
