  1. 13:30 Usually I only work as much as I have to, don't make over hours, sometimes make longer lunch breaks, and might even work a little less than I should. But if there's some timeline we need to hit, I sometimes work until late in the evening, or on weekends. Sometimes I even work on evenings or weekends when I have some exciting idea myself which I want to add to our project. This way it's rather relaxing most of the time while my boss still values my commitment. I think that's a good middle ground.

  2. 40:20 I guess I'm stressed after all. I really don't notice. I have sleeping issues and get headaches once in a while. There have been times where I got headaches almost daily. (but I also realized that I get headaches after coffeine, which slowly started a few years ago and got worse and worse, so after not consuming any cola at all, it's much better)

  4. 25:00 I don't know if people expect me to respond. Usually I just don't respond. I think once a few months ago I woke up early in the morning on my day off, I planned to sleep again, but then I saw a mail that some external company needed something, which I didn't know about, so I didn't fix something in time, so I just fixed it this in the morning.

But when somebody does in a way which I don't like, I usually tell them that I think it makes sense to make it like this, and explaind why I think like this, and ask if they agree. Usually they don't have an opinion about it, though. And probably even more often I just don't say anything, and just change it the way I want in case I have to work with their stuff. And what I also do a lot is that I just talk about it with some family member and laugh about it.

  6. 22:55 I once worked in my bed a few months ago :) Also I work in the same place as I relax, but even if I planned to work a little more, I often just won't do it. First I used different users for my work and free time. But I stopped this because then I would just not work in my free time at all. And I still don't do it most of the time. That's not my issue.
