  1. 7:40 I use a lot of Rust, but I'd consider myself libertarian/anarchist. So I wouldn't agree. I want my Rust programs to be as efficient as possible. I want control. So if I release a program, I can disable safety checks. I can use unsafe rust or disable some safety checks (like asserts) globally.
