4:20 Open Source is NOT Democracy. Democracy is when the people vote about what's done, and then some solution is chosen which doesn't satisfy anybody. Open Source is multiple dictatorships. But if you don't like it, you can fork it. And if the dictator does something wrong, people might switch to a fork, a different dictator.

7:15 Yeah, I created a Petri Net Editor. It's probably useless to many people, but it's useful to me.

@Encolas What do you think my political beliefs are 😉

@hungrymusicwolf But in a democracy everybody has to choose what the majority thinks is good. In open source, you don't have to choose what the majority wants. What the majority wants doesn't matter.

@hungrymusicwolf I think A and B are closer to capitalism. If you create something that's popular, people will use it and you get rich. It's a little difficult to view capitalism and democracy separately in western countries, I guess. Both are huge parts of our societies. Democracy to me is more like some person who doesn't know about something wants to do something. People who also don't know about that vote for them. Smart people have the same amount of votes as idiots. But it's easier to convince people of things, which sound good, even if they aren't realistic.
