  1. 2:10 I am the only programmer in my company, so for programming related tasks they always think of me first. I prefer if I'm not the person of choice for something. 2:30 I sometimes want to be nitpicky on PRs. I mean we don't do PRs. As long as they work on separate scripts, interns just work on master. And when I look at their code and notice something weird, I tell them when they did something I don't like, but usually I just fix things myself. I just think as long as it works, it should be fine how they did it.
