  1. 5:30 I never had to do coding challenges. But I never explicitly asked about the recruitment process and coding challenges. I just showed interest in how they work and what I would do, and talked about some of my personal projects and open source development maybe. For example when I caused WGPU to continue development after a few months long break, because the internal API changed a lot (I think that's the only contribution I did for that project. I had no experience and just added some additonal parameters which seemed plausible, and the change was accepted).
