  1. 2:22 That's just not true. I almost never have borrow checker issues. Because most of the time, when I'm doing lifetime stuff, the design of my library/program is probably "wrong". So I just design my programs to never use explicit lifetimes most of the time.

  2. 10:30 I just go with Rust when I want to get something done quickly nowadays. Or once I went with C++, which I'm not that familiar with, but with a bunch of native C stuff, because I was at a vacation and got an idea, but there was no internet, and Rust probably wasn't installed on this cheap notebook yet. I still got it done very fast, in a few hours. I even had to open manpages :)

  4. ...and C#? I won't trust this guy. I'm using C# at work (Unity) and else Rust whenever possible (mostly for private projects), and Rust is definitely the better experience.
