  5. I was sitting still a few minutes more. And I restarted from the beginning after I had to move after the first minute. But I couldn't resist to laugh when you were counting down. I didn't care when you counted down so slowly. I even found it funnier because I didn't care. And I also did not resist when you said, it will take more than three minutes. I didn't have that much going on. A few catchy tunes in my head from the games I just played. And the urge to do some training. And in the end the urge to write this comment. But sitting was too relaxing to start immediately.

  7. Some years ago, I often did this kind of meditation in the morning to fall asleep again and get lucid dreams. I also got a pressure at my forehead. It's where the third eye chakra is, which is related to such experiences. But it normally hasn't been painful. Maybe you just haven't gotten enough sleep?

  10. 50:50 I also had this situation, where I just had to randomly laugh while meditating. I was just sitting still doing nothing, and after some minutes my mind made up some short animation of a pencil moving towards some small elastic surface, similar to a trampoline, but just about 2 cm Radius. The pencil touched it and stretched it a bit. And that was basically it. I didn't think much of it. And then I suddenly just had to start laughing. Probably because this animation was so absurd. (I can't remember the exact animation, maybe there was no pencil, but you get the point)
