55:45 I think, the main problem is not, if he would do this again, but why he did it in the first place. If anyone can come away with something like this, other people, who would theoretically want to do this, might be motivated to do it for real. Maybe it would really be interesting to kill a human or to do other brutal stuff to some. If I just stay in jail for 8 years, maybe I should just do it ;)

41:00 Doesn't sound too reasonable to increase the age. If the age is 20, they get it at 20, if the age is 30, they get it at 30. At least this would make sense. Decreasing would rather have different effects. A 12yo wouldn't buy a gun, even if he could. He probably wouldn't even have enough money.
