8:20 That 99.5% drop in power consumption also changed, what this even is. It's basically a distributed network now, which is run by the stakers, not a decentralized system, where everyone can participate. Besides that, did the global power consumption really go down about 0.2%? I doubt so. Maybe for a short period of time, then the miners will just switch to Bitcoin or Ethereum Classic.
