  2. 8:40 That's a stupid way to define an unit of measurement. Good point against the metric system. Maybe we should use the distance light can travel in one second. One billionth of it would be the base unit of the system. How much is that in feet?

  3.  @madladdie7069  That's just a redefinition. That's the same as if you defined a foot to be 1/3000000 of the circumference of the earth instead of creating a totally new system of measurement.
