  1. Also interesting: Orange and brown are pretty important colors, even have their own name, even if they aren't corners of the color cube. But I don't fully agree colors just exist, because you give names to them. Even cyan is not really an independant color to me. It's just a light blue. And turquoise is just a bluish green. So all colors inbetween blue and green feel more like shades of blue and green, while everything between red and green feels like an own color: Yellow, Orange, Brown

  2. If we had black lights, we could probably also make brown lights by mixing them with red or green lights

  3. I thought, the interesting thing about brown is how many colors might be interpreted as brown: * dark unsaturated green * dark unsaturated red * dark yellow * unsaturated yellow * dark unsaturated yellow * dark orange * unsaturated orange * dark unsaturated orange
