  2.  @VallornDeathblade  That’s what I mean - it was always going to hurt. That’s what you get when you’ve been too polite to the outsiders for too long. In a sense, we’re getting a historical glimpse of what fascism is and how it’s been maligned. I’m a capitalist, but not having the structures to defend against outsider influence and subversion is capitalism’s weakness. Outsiders use our values against us and then change the values to theirs. Fascism is an response to that neocolonial incursion. Like Hayek said, if you could not chose capitalism and had to submit to totalitarianism, then he’d submit to fascism run by the English or Americans. Doctrinal fascism is what he means. I still don’t like it, but it’s better than all that commie-immigrant-black-rainbow shit. That place where Bernie Sanders people overlapped with Trump in the states — that’s kind of their wheelhouse. Trump is not a fascist, but he’s not not.

  3.  @TheRealRusDaddy  Not really. We’re getting a “third way.” America first is essentially fascism. Before you get mad, I mean doctrinal fascism, like gentile and Mussolini. Fascism, doctrinally, is almost all economics and has almost nothing to do with race. What fascism mostly is, and where it paralleled to National Socialism, is that it was a movement built as a response to a response — fascism is a backlash to the communist backlash to capitalism. It’s more complex than this, but it manifests itself the same — suddenly you notice outsiders who didn’t grow up here, and intellectuals, and people who’ve never done an honest day’s work in their lives are suddenly in charge and the country you grew up in isn’t the same as it is now. I’m a capitalist, but the fascism part is going to be necessary and it’s going to hurt. But, like I said, it was always goi g to hurt. Once these outsiders migrated to our country and we didn’t remove them immediately we were just delaying this moment.
