  4.  Corey  you're almost there, Corey. The problem is that that your correlation link is too short, making you think this is a single-generation "nurture" problem. But that girl's grandmother, and her grandmother, were just as feral and stupid, as will her granddaughter be. This isn't a nurture problem. We've thrown trillions at thinking we can solve these people and lift them to our level. It works with almost every other people, but not them. It never will.
