  1. The propensity to accept Islam and the propensity to go to prison are decoupled concepts in themselves that frequently correlate. That’s the best that can be said about it, denotatively. We know that it happens — and that it happens is fact — but we can’t attribute to any certainty why. IMO, why it happens is immaterial and that it happens and must be stopped by any and all effective means is all that matters.
