  1. The Industrial Revolution was Germans — Bavarians, mostly — in southern Germany and the American Midwest. Steel at scale, cars and heavy machinery. We can bicker about it later, though. More pressing issues are at hand.

  2.  @LS-xs7sg  Opel, Benz and Daimler disagree, as does Rockefeller in the states. You’re right in that Germans didn’t colonize or enslave Africans, though. They did it themselves.
