America is a confederation of states, not a country. There’s 50 states, which is why “states” in “United States” is plural. The United States ARE, not “is.” The United States, itself, is a pluralized term at the onset, like fingers as part of a hand, not a singular hand.

@SaviorUnkind We don’t talk enough about what Africa actually is — not even Neolithic. Most of Subsaharan Africa was 40,000 years behind Europeans when they landed; the ones that weren’t are fighting in the horn after those same Europeans made them stop selling Bantu slaves to Arabs. Most white Americans don’t know what “jungle justice” is, that Mandela invented it, and that it’s so widely practiced all over Africa that 40% or Nigerians claim to have witnessed the barbarism first hand.

@TWE_2000 Are you beginning to understand why the Europeans left Africa after 70 years without much of a fight despite building the entire civilization the Africans are destroying now? Nairobi was a barren field until 1890. The Chinese are beginning to understand. If we want to defeat China in the long game, we should let them have Africa. Africa, to the Chinese, would be like 75 Afghanistans at the same time. You saddle any emerging superpower with the thought that they can make money in Africa and you’ve just won the war. Africans of all varieties will devour your attempts to civilize them. They will destroy everything you’ve built for them and then smash more. What do you think happened in Detroit?
