  1. Those towns failed because they didn’t know how to build towns. Whites gave them money and materials, but blacks just couldn’t build them, then came to the towns the whites built and destroyed them.

  2.  @Chxn10  Look at the replies at all and realize that writing, electronics, electricity and internet would never have happened if black people were trusted to build it.
