@lordjaraxxus5418 I used to laugh when people said they were from the mean streets of New Haven, but you go just off campus and there’s check cashing spots and wig shops everywhere there aren’t vacant businesses. It’s surprisingly bad around most universities for the same reason.

The dumbest advice ever was “leave big cities.” They don’t stop following us. What do you think actually happened in Detroit? It wasn’t “outsourcing,” it was “the great migration.” The data is clear — a city doesn’t go from one of the most prosperous in history to a shit-hole in under a generation for any other reason than the arrival of a violent and feral race. Small hat salami tactics were what destroyed all those cities our white grandparents built and we still blame our white grandparents for “segregation.” They were right about that, BTW.
