  2. Putin is not well minded I think anyone can see that, he's clearly a psychopath or have some form a mental disorder. Just look what he's been doing since day one, everything from the Moscow bombings in 1999, Kursk, Dubrovka, Beslan, Chechnya, Syria etc etc, to indiscriminately bombing Ukrainian civilians in this horrific war. He's been murdering his own people in Russia too along the way. A normal person would never do that obviously. I wonder if that is taken into consideration at all, because you never hear anybody talk about that really?
