so he moved back after college and has only lived at home 10 months? for me thats a blink of the eye lol ive lived at home 13 years and im nowhere near enough cash to buy a home or do a mortgage, not when the lowest priced homes where i live are 375-425,000 for a tiny 1,700 square foot home..and you still gotta pay bills, food, taxes, gas, insurance, dental , etc. wages went up maybe at max 15-25% since 2010 while cost of living is probably 100% higher now, even if i went to college and got that lucky good paying job at 40-60K a year..it would still take me years and years and years to save up to buy any sort of home...
