The was it works is sends in meat-waves of 12 to 50 men at a time across open fields with no artillery or armored assaults, most are killed but 2 or 3 will survive and they crawl off and take cover behind anything they can and they are now closer to Ukrainian lines. Then the next wave is sent and another after that, eventually you have a couple groups of 10-20 survivors positioned closer to the Ukrainian lines and you send these men forward along with another meat-wave coming up behind them and send in armor & artillery assaults. This keeps repeating, it works but Russia takes an extreme levels of casualties that no other military in the world would accept. This is how Russia has always fought wars, they have a large population they consider to be expendable and they don’t care how many casualties they take, Russia has always fought this way, this guys whole claim to fame is that he reads military history books and he should know that but he is here to make money off of Vatniks for telling them what they want to hear, not the truth.

Russia is using human wave tactics with blocking troops behind them to kill any of their own men who retreat or refuse to go forward, there are many videos of this both drone & satellite as confirmed by ISW, Onyx & Jane’s defense but no let’s believe the Canadian kid with a pro Russian YouTube channel who gets his material directly from the Russian MoD & Kremlin. 😂

  5.  @zloymyx2486  True but these were not being used in a secondary role, they were not dug-in and being used as artillery as they have been they were used to support infantry meat-wave assaults. Yes Russia does meat-wave assaults and yes they have blocking troops that kill any of their own troops who retreat or refuse to go forward, Alex is just a YouTube kid who repeats Russian talking points & Kremlin propaganda, has never been in the military and has no training, experience or connections and has no idea what he is talking about. Russia lost two entire armored regiments and a division in Advika, confirmed by satellite photography, and it’s not because they are all out of T-72’s it’s because these were expendable infantry meat-wave assaults where they knew they were going to be destroyed minutes into battle.
