Here's the thing to consider: all this AI nonsense, LinkedIn profiles, Indeed profiles, etc as a requirement or guardrail for landing a job is nothing more than a useless hurdle to make your life difficult. Think about it for a second. If all applicants are using these tools then what's the point? It's a new level playing with some extra bull$hit. Why not strip all these extra layers and go back to the old days where all you needed was your experience and skills? There are too many cooks in the kitchen now just to live a normal life.
