  1. You're making a great point here! People always assume that when a system is broken, the only solution is to throw more money at it. It's as if money is some kind of a panacea. Instead, address bureaucracy and corruption before you throw money at any institution in order to fix that giant hole in the bottom of that bucket you're pouring water into.
