@godstomper Correct. People need to distinguish factor 1 psychopathy (behavior traits) from factor 2 psychopathy (lifestyle, criminal versatility, interpersonal exploitation, etc). Test pilots and surgeons with psychopathy traits often excel at their jobs because of their innate low neuroticism(factor 1 psychopathy). They work extremely well under high stress situations compared to the average person.

@maggie6152 Perhaps, but the soulless orthopedic surgeon with shallow affect and the bedside manner of a wet sponge, repaired my Achilles tendon with such surgical precision, I ran my first 5K again 4 mos after surgery. I don't care about emotions when dealing with physicians; results is what I want.
