  1. Regardless of what area in the country you live in, you can trace these issues back to cities adopting a tolerant approach to small crimes and infractions. But the problem with that attitude is that small crimes attract bigger crimes. You offer them a finger and they're take the whole hand. We need to go back enforcing city ordinance laws at every level as opposed to letting things linger with a wait and see approach.
