It's a good thing you're addressing your anxiety issues now because it will become an impediment when advancing your career. Forgoing opportunities because they evoke anxiety will obviously limit your career opportunities. I've had a very successful career path, but I was also let go once from a high paying job because of my habit of forgoing to attend national industry "events." It was not so much anxiety but more my innate disdain for large crowds and venues.

@MetaRobertics Her anxiety is also fueled by a lack of direction and motivation. She's beset by an innate form of "low energy" and it really bothers her. She knows that she should have goals, a purpose, or passion, but she doesn't. She has so much going for her though. She's articulate, attractive, and seems like a caring individual. She should channel her dysphoria into a podcast. I think she'll do well.
