  1. Yeah, a lot of tech job postings are fake. I'm in the same boat applying to a bunch of SAAS jobs only to get that rejection email. But that same job will reappear on job boards a week later. Total smoke and mirrors game.

  4. A lot of it has to do with the fact that borrowing money has always been inexpensive with artificially low interest rates, but that game has ended for some time now. Everybody was using their home as an ATM by relying on equity based lines of credit, or financing their lifestyle with credit cards. But when times are tough the chickens will come home to roost. Live below your means and make sure that you always have $25K to $50K cash on hand in case of an emergency. It's not what you spend but what you keep that matters.

  5. Just hire a real estate attorney for a flat fee to vet everything when buying a home as opposed to an annoying real estate agent with a contrived social media page giving you ten reasons why you need him or her, along with the perfunctory "arms folded" power picture pose.
