  1. She admitted to being a 7 out of 10 drunk too and then lied saying she only had 1 drink! All alcoholics lie like that! She wasn’t gonna eat drunk bad and should not have driven at all! Bad choices and she is a murderer!

  3. Yeah alcoholics are very good at hiding it and I experienced that twice with 2 new friends and one tripped in my house and I saw she was drunk getting up and I was furious! She drove to my house drunk too! I had no idea! I couldn’t call police as she raced away to get home fast before any cop could come and stop her! I never spoke to her again! Worried she may file lawsuit about the fall as she complained about her back hurting! I was so furious 😡😡😡 I got in her car twice not noticing she was drunk too but she sure was impaired I later realized! Just in shock! Alcoholics ate liars and scammers! Hope this one gets locked up long time for murder!

  5. @ it’s tough to detect an alcoholic is drunk though as they get good at hiding it for years and decades! Drinking at 8am is a real alcoholic! 😖 those home videos were damning!

  6. @ true! Too many driving drunk here! In my retirement community alcoholics for decades are still driving drunk causing Mahem! It’s nuts! I hate them! A drunk man drove drunk and ran over my mom and aunt when they vacationed in CA and my mother got a metal plate for her scalp and brain injury and was never same again! I have huge hate! 😡

  8. @ victims or families cant dictate no deal as that’s up to DA totally, and it’s the defendant who chooses to go to trial and not confess to anything. it’s always the choice of the defendant to go to trial! They can confess or ask for a deal or take their chances for a mistrial or rights violated and getting off by higher court or certainly a lesser sentence if a jury gets to decide that or they can convince a judge of mitigating factors for a lesser sentence. Usually they pray for acquittal or lesser sentence, so usually it’s worth it.
