I think pulling a big knife threatening to stab is intent to kill and I am disappointed in this jury, but at least they did not let him get away with such a egregious unlawful killing over a dumb .50 drink!!!! Best to order the kid to leave and not ever come back instead of that very aggressive violent knife bullying right in front of families! That foreigner is unhinged like so many who act like savages here! Cops needed to help him cope with theft better! He was too angry about being disrespected. You don’t own a store if you are a nice calm guy! What a joke his lying friends were!

Killing Jim was murder in my opinion as the intent to kill was there stabbing in the chest! He may only get 5 years!!!!! Sickening 😡
