  6. The parents are NOT being “blamed” for the acts of their evil kid Ted Rowlands!!! They are partially being held responsible for school shooting deaths and the gun access to a kid and not getting their kid mental help he was begging for and ignoring that drawing at school of wanting to kill, knowing they bought him that gun in drawing and it wasn’t locked up! Holding parents responsible for kids gun access is the law in most states and now in Michigan and these are terrible negligent parents helping their kid become a killer! Training him to kill! People need to be held responsible for their kids gun acts for sure! Car acts too!!!! And more! Drugs too! Harboring mentally evil deranged kids isn’t going to fly anymore!
